Slight bit of crazy setting in.

Bike to gym-2.56 miles
22 Push-ups
Slantboard sit-ups
Side planks
Biceps-full set of 21's with 40 lb bar bell
Stability ball-squats
Stability ball-abs
Circuit-Nautilus shoulders/Cybex triceps 2 sets of 10 each.
35 minutes treadmll and I managed to do a few intervals at 4.0. Very little back pain.

Perfectly respectable workout, right?

Then hubby and I went to my planned "splurge brunch." After which I got obsessed with the extra calories and went for an extra bike-ride before I went shopping. I try not to let this happen, but I'm very close the major weight goal and I was able to wear the size 13, low-rise jeans to brunch. The pressure is on.

I think a little extra bike ride is ok. I've done things like that to make up for too many treats.

I just don't want to let the programming that I can ONLY have the splurge IF I do the extra exercise set in because then it's a short hop to IF I do a lot more exercise, I can have a lot more splurges.
